Primary Responsibility:
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director and is responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies and driving operational efficiencies, ultimately setting the digital marketing roadmaps to support lead acquisition and brand awareness form DMCC.
This includes strategy and implementation of web site, multi-channel campaigns that leverage SEO, PPC, Social CRM, Affiliate and Email marketing. Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
In addition to working with marketing teams and leadership stakeholders, the role leads a team of marketing executives, and is primary contact and point of coordination between offshore production teams and third party consultants to manage digital project production from kick-off to delivery.

Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for creating digital marketing strategies anchored in overall business strategy and overseeing implementation across channels
- Oversee lead generation programs via online channels and demonstrate value/performance through ROI
- Lead and industrialize methods to grow customer/prospect database base via digital marketing channels. This includes Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Lead development and content development for desktop and mobile sites, including blogs, landing pages and microsites, to improve customer experience, customer satisfaction and business value generated.
- Maintain and update websites and blogs with existing team members, and oversee all outsourced digital work streams performed by consultants and external agency teams. Includes optimisation of web pages, content creation, landing pages, conversion strategies and technical requirements.
- Interpret research and data to support content strategies and multichannel user experience journeys.
- Manage and measure integrated campaigns to include online such as search, affiliate, email, social media, PPC and SEO. Implement robust strategies and report on results and set organisational KPIs and implement within dashboards using Google Analytics or other analytics packages.
- Overseeing the social media strategy, including planning and management of campaigns in collaboration with third party vendors and PR team: develop a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet influencers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
- Measure and interpret data to include customer profiling and behaviour across customer journey mapping and web traffic data, PPC analytics.
- Develop closely with BU’s, targeted Email campaigns lead generation, retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities and to demonstrate ROI.
- Work closely with Analytics and Operations Manager on Marketing Automation workflows and integration across all digital platforms. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Lead key word research and web statistics reporting. Manage outsourced consultants and international agency teams across all channels, including Digital, Display, SEO and PPC.
Job Requirements:
Basic qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in digital
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field
- Experience in managing a digital project pipeline and financials with third party resources
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment with both internal and external resources.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Strong project management skills with proven experience in project management methodologies
- Anticipates key milestones and project dependencies/downstream implications to ensure success
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Experience with managing branded social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Broad Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation software(Salesforce, Marketo, Omniture, Act-On) and methodology for SEO, Google Analytics, Google Adwords.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills, both online and off-line.
- Strong project management and problem solving skills
- Must be able a self-starter and handle multiple priorities
- Organize work streams and lead remote teams to meet deadlines
