Under the guidance of the Managing Director, and the International Marketing Coordinator, the Marketing & PR Manager will plan, develop and implement marketing, communication & PR campaigns and tools in line with the marketing plan.

Under the guidance of the Managing Director, and the International Marketing Coordinator, the Marketing & PR Manager will plan, develop and implement marketing, communication & PR campaigns and tools in line with the marketing plan.
MARKETING
- Organize the production of various communication materials with the guidance of Head office, such as company profile, product brochures, visual branding elements, etc.;
- Market watch: track competitor / market activity, monitor an event calendar and organize information sharing throughout the company;
- Evaluate the quality of the company clients / prospects database and ensure a proper adoption of the CRM solution;
- Produce a monthly clients / prospects newsletter, create and manage specific campaigns;
- Monitor photo/video shootings of key events;
- Assist with the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying;
- Create and implement regular case studies and company proposal templates;
- Administrate website including regular content updates as well as traffic and SEO monitoring;
- Administrate social medias (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) in line with activity;
- Work alongside Head Office to ensure that local marketing is in line with the Company strategy.
PUBLIC RELATIONS & SPONSORSHIP
- Within an agreed annual budget, increase the company visibility through regional media promotion:
- Manage the company participation to targeted exhibitions;
- Liaise with the Group PR team to optimise and develop press relations in the region, and ensure the press has a better understanding of our activities and the Group's professions;
- Manage memberships/subscriptions with local directories/associations;
- Manage company representation at key industry Awards;
- Source and manage sponsorship opportunities, in line with your management.
- Desired Skills and Experience
- Applicants must have local exposure within the United Arab Emirates with an extensive network and contacts in Events industry;
- Proven experience in marketing events;
- Good understanding of the UAE business environment;
- A Graduate in marketing, communication, media or similar;
- Ability to work as part of a team with excellent organization and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in Salesforce CRM;
- Experience in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, and all Microsoft systems;
English native speaker.
