Purpose of the Job
Lead and manage AJC’s Group Project Controls function to provide overall strategy and leadership to project controls activities in contracting BUs in order to deliver projects within set baselines.

Senior Project Controls Manager
Purpose of the Job

Position Requirements – Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Qualifications
Mandatory:
University Graduate in Engineering or related field
Desirable:
- MBA
- Formal training in Project Management
- Membership in recognized project management association such as PMI or APM
Experience
Mandatory:
- Minimum 20 year’s experience in Project Controls in a contracting business
- Extensive experience in estimation, budgeting, planning and cost control
Desirable:
- Strong working knowledge of project management software including Primavera and RIB
- Knowledge & Skills
Mandatory:
- Strong understanding of engineering and construction projects
- Strong understand of the principles of project management
- Profound commercial & construction industry acumen
Desirable:
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
