EI has a very strong Strategy & Business Development Team that:

  • Defines and steers overall EI strategy, transformation and business performance together with business management and each business units
  • Provides strategic and tactical support to business units to ensure achievement of aspiration and budget through implementation of transformation agenda and defined growth plans.
  • Builds capabilities across the organization, focused on business planning and implementation
  • Maximizes synergies across Business units, resulting in revenue generation and cost reduction
  • Ensures top-down alignment across the different business units
  • Acts as a center of excellence for best practices across all EI topics, leveraging external and internal expertise 

EI is looking to reinforce its Strategy & Business Developing Team by hiring an Assistant Strategy Manager. This position is highly visible and appreciated, providing great prospects of career development both inside the team and in business lines.

Job Responsibilities

Provide support to Managers / Senior Managers in delivering high impact strategic projects
Deliver small to medium impact projects with minimum supervision from Managers / Senior Managers

Conduct thorough data analysis to support delivery of strategic projects
Prepare project governance documentations and contribute towards ensuring timely delivery of strategic projects
 
Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA or Masters in Management, Finance or Banking and solid indications of academic excellence will be considered as a strong asset
  • 1-3 years of working experience ( previous banking experience is desirable) 
  • Sound project management or consulting experience 
  • Experience across multiple geographies 
  • Knowledge in banking and key strategy planning approaches
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English
