ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Online Executive is responsible for the execution of the e-commerce strategy to achieve the targeted net sales on ELC E-commerce sites and with retail partners.
- Execute the deployment of the Omnichannel strategy in close collaboration with the Corporate Social Media Manager, Brands and Region. Support the forecasting, demand planning and online customer service aspects of the e-commerce sites in conjunction with the relevant partner, the brand and internal Supply Chain department.
- Actively support the Corporate Social Media Manager and Consumer Engagement Managers in the deployment of the Affiliate’s social media strategy
- Actively participate in the execution of the brands’ paid media activities, including annual / campaign planning, media mix definition and corresponding budget allocation across key digital media types.
Online Activities
- Execute online brand activities in conjunction with the E-commerce strategy and net sales targets
- Support the Corporate Social Media Manager with the execution of the yearly online marketing calendar in close collaboration with the brand and the region
- Provide brief to agencies on project objectives, look and feel and project timeline
- Work with agencies for paid social, search, display and all other online advertising touch points
- Support the execution of the retailer brand boutique launches, report and monitor results
- Writing, delivering and tracking of various reports including updating monthly marketing calendars, analyzing marketing and sales results, sending correspondence with updates to external and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate the monthly AOB reporting
- As part of the agreed CRM calendars, execute Online programs around ecommerce stores
- Responsible for the update of the refresh schedule and online sales and marketing calendar for Brand e-commerce sites for all product launch activation dates and changes
- Responsible for e-commerce pre-launch preparations: Translations, video content creation and testing process’
Inventory Management
- In strict collaboration with the brand, manages sample inventory, online exclusives, prelaunch and inline products
- Coordinates asset collection between the online group and Marketing department to coordinate new product launch information, visuals and copy transcription into the site CMS
- Set-up and track all offer codes used in-conjunction with emails and online offers. Ensure accurate data entry into database.

- Analysis and Insights Generation
- Monitor brand site activities and report feedback
- Coordinate the tracking of all online campaigns, including CRM and paid digital media programs, using available ELC tools and reporting processes
- Explores user behavior on brand sites and general online trends; shares industry and market best practices
Organization
- Work in strict collaboration with all partners i.e. the distributor for each brand e-commerce site
- Provide general support to the Corporate Social Media Manager as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- 2 – 4 years of relevant online/digital marketing/ and sales experience
- E-Commerce experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Fluency in English and Arabic preferred
