Key Responsibilities
A Discipline Engineer with exposure to production engineering concepts and operation will greatly add value to the team by bringing insight into the following areas:
Production modelling: Assist with the creation, maintenance and deployment of GAP models to assess flow assurance issues (hydrate, scales, and bottleneck), gas lift optimisation, incorporate a high level of details into the modelling system such as Compressor and pumps modelling, collaborate with production/operations engineer to develop production scenarios.
Project management: Support and lead projects that involve multidisciplinary team collaboration between operation and Subsurface.
Production Surveillance: participate in the development of a process to effective manage and prevent production losses considering facilities constraints and production capacities. Incorporate facilities elements into the picture of production planning and liaises with operations to document and capture production scenarios and conditions with significant impact in production deliverability.
