Global Payroll and Time Management Lead

As Global Functional Lead on Payroll and Time Management, reporting to the Global H2R Solution Lead, you will define and implement a global strategy, as well as a governance & control framework, for Payroll and Time Management, in order to:

  • Improve payroll and time management services to our employees and customers
  • Improve the management of operations in the Nestlé Business Services Centers and the markets
  • Select and manage the vendors
  • Ensure compliance
  • Drive efficiency and cost decrease.
  • Drive Expertise and capability building
  • The position could be located in one of our Nestlé facilities around the world. 

Key responsibilities

  • Understand end users and customer’s needs, as well as business environment, develop a Service strategy and governance for PY and TM, define an implementation plan and monitor its implementation, define the vendor strategy, define a cost optimization plan.
  • Define operating & Service standards and KPI's, ensure a consistent delivery. Define a Risk and control framework to ensure constant adherence to internal compliance and external regulatory requirements, ensure its efficient implementation, monitoring and action planning. Define and test BCP's.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in HR (CoC's and HRD's), GLOBE, Group Tax, Group Compliance across the world and Finance to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables, develop a Payroll and Time Management community across the organization, develop and roll-out a capability plan ; promote sharing of practices and drive consistency across all payroll teams globally. 

Education and experience

Strong Expertise in Payroll and Time Management operations
Expertise in Payroll and Time Management systems (e.g. SAP Payroll  and Kronos)
Continuous improvement tools
