Key Account Manager - Nestlé Professional(Job Number: 160004IY)

Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Business Development efforts amongst all existing key customers and to spearhead sales growth with new customer acquisitions in the targeted channels in the OPC
  • Support with building key customer relationship for sustainable business growth, conducting JBP. Implement effective spend strategy, optimizing leads generation process via trade shows, telesales, direct contact, etc..
  • Responsible to achieve their sales targets, meet the set budgets and ensure good ROI while delivering on best in class service levels. 
  • Identify areas of opportunity and potential for  business growth 
  • Lead, coach, give regular feedback and recognize their team efforts and results
  • Compliance to internal SOP's and processes. Review policies annually to make sure they are still valid.

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years in Key Accounts, preferably in the B2B , Out of Home environment.
  • University Degree in Business (Administration, Marketing, Management), Master Preferred
  • Excellent Communication (written & verbal)
  • Proven ability to successfully lead projects involving different Categories or brands with a consultancy/total solutions approach
  • Proven Multi Stakeholder Management to manage influencers
