Job Opening for Business Development Manager with MAZRUI INTERNATIONAL

Job description

1.To utilize subject matter expertise and established distinguished customer relationships across the regions  and sell Company technical solutions , products and services and achieve maximum market share&  profitability .

● 2. To match the Company's technical, commercial and operational capabilities to customer needs through developing a clear understanding of customer's business and technical challenges and key drivers &  to deliver an effective  technical  and sales presentations that differentiate us from the competitors.

● 3.To effectively promote and sell the Company's products and services through the regional assigned and non-assigned accounts ,specially the undeveloped accounts/countries such as TOTAL   and  Africa in general

● 4.Accountability of  business planning  and strategy process and provide guidance to less experienced staff across the region.

● 5.To regionally direct and manages the company strategies through personal action and leadership of the MHC & MES Strategy Team.

● 6.Develop products through involvement in the Product Development & Commercialization process including identifying overall needs for product development.

● 7.Establish partnerships and relationships with strategic equipment and product designers and/or vendors to support PPC strategy.

● 8.Look for opportunities to enhance PPC performance through  Merging, acquisition or divestiture across the regions.

9.Support the Oil&Gas MES management to uplift business opportunities and enhance synergies.

10. Ensure the proper functioning of the Product Development & Commercialization process

11. Identify new product and business opportunities and industry and competitor changes that may require new strategies or revisions of the business plan.

12. Recommend appropriate resources, personnel and pricing levels for business planning. Develop strategies for maximizing the account's profitability while creating, implementing, and managing an account plan in conjunction with the business plan.

13. Manage conflict resolution and facilitate contract negotiations.

14. Facilitate the development and implementation of new technologies in client's organizations.

15. Lead, direct, develop and align the resources of the sales organization to implement the unit's business plan.

16. Communicate with Business Development Team regarding pricing, technology, new business relations, and customer and competitor activity.

17. Responsible for measurable assets such as department budgets, equipment, and staff.

18. Lead operations within a specified segment of the Company for the purpose of ensuring the delivery of quality customer service, world-class safety, and business segment growth that maximizes shareholder value.

19. Maintain customer contacts across the regions for the purpose of assessing local needs and service quality.

20. Collaborate with Country Managers and Technology Managers to develop and implement local product and service pricing strategies and technology initiatives.
