Job description
The Los Angeles office is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Brand Manager that can manage the day-to-day strategic activities of assigned accounts. They will coordinate and lead marketing efforts to reach clients objectives either directly or through broader team. Maintains knowledge of existing/traditional multicultural/total market strategic planning approaches, as well as emerging and creative multicultural communication channels and media trends. Participates in the development of proposals and delivery of client presentations; ensures they are dynamic, persuasive, and grounded in strategic relevance. Is on top of emerging digital multicultural, and advertising trends; writes creative briefs, clearly communicates strategies to team members and works proactively to provide clients with business and marketing solutions. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field preferred, also requires a demonstrated ability to effectively manage small to medium-sized initiatives independently on assigned accounts. Generally, requires 5-7 years of experience in marketing in a client organization or account management in a full service agency environment, developing multicultural strategic marketing recommendations. Must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
