Our client, a global insurance organisation, is seeking a Business Analyst to be based in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Conduct Requirement workshop/sessions with the Business Team and prepare business requirements document
- Prepare requirements specification/solution specification document and co-ordinate with vendor for development
- Propose suitable solutions to the requirements of business
- Assist Project & Senior Program Managers in the delivery of key strategic initiatives
- Support the execution of Business projects (follow up, minutes, tracking, & etc.)
- Document key business processes using flow charts, as directed by the Project Managers or Program Manager
- Contribute with ideas and suggestions to the implementation of customer-centered processes
- Define and assist in implementing improvements identified during a project, in close partnership with process owners.
To be considered for this amazing opportunity, the ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling P&C and Non-Life insurance
- Sound knowledge of the insurance business, insurance accounting and current market
- Experience of using databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
- Knowledg of Web Services and XML
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
- Development in Web Environment, integration
