We are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Technology and Innovation function as a Service Delivery Manager working with our Global Loyalty Company. You will add immediate value by ensuring world class delivery and relationship management across Etihad and our partners.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Manage the delivery of projects, providing business infrastructure solutions and services across our Technology and Innovation portfolio
  • Maintain and manage relationships with Senior Managers/Mangers from partners/suppliers to ensure project deliverables are delivering within Etihad’s standards and requirements.
  • Review business requirements and assessments to ensure business needs are properly prioritized and implemented
  • Oversee implementation of configuration changes and adjustments to procedures to ensure compliance with internal processes and reduce the impact on business continuity
  • Define, review and manage internal change procedures in order to align them to business timelines and reduce risk exposure / impact on business activities
  • Verify configuration changes and related documentation to monitor compliance with internal processes
  • Collaborate with T&I SMEs in detailing business requirements and needs to support their accurate translation into system changes
  • Lead internal change management and communication initiatives to support users? adoption of new solutions
  • Liaise with user groups to provide communication on relevant changes and support implementation of changes / new procedures
  • Provide advice to management on relevant innovations, best practices and best of breed solutions to contribute to the continuous development of the business
  • Recommend procedural and system upgrades to improve system and operations performance
  • Guide, coach and provide feedback to business analysts team to support their development and performance
  • Monitor the performance and development of the team to ensure their growth and continuous learning on the area of expertise

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy - Implement the Function/Department strategy to ensure alignment with Company strategy
  • Policies and procedures - Implement relevant policies, processes and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
  • Day-to-Day Operations - Manage the day-to-day operations by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards
  • People Development - Manage the effective achievement of objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize performance
  • Safety, Quality & Environment - Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum, Bachelors Degree

  • 7 years of work experience delivering projects, providing business infrastructure solutions and services across a technology portfolio for a large organization
  • Vendor relationship and management experience

SKILLS

  • Computer skills - Excellent
  • Business Understanding skills - Excellent
  • Communication skills – Advanced
