Thomson Reuters Finance & Risk is looking to add a Business Analyst to our Regulatory Intelligence team at our Eagan, MN office. This challenging position requires someone to think independently, and work well with others. This is a chance to get in and make an immediate impact on our new and expanding product line. It is an opportunity to work for a great company with smart people on a large system that is used worldwide.
As the Business Analyst, you should have the ability to deliver high-quality work, on time, while collaborating and brainstorming with other creative, knowledgeable and dedicated colleagues in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Strong planning skills, organization, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects are key.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree required with 2 years related experience
- Proven ability to quickly learn new business domains
- Strong communication, analysis and problem solving skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Able to elicit and translate business requirements as Epics and User Stories that are easy to understand, foster innovation and represent the value to the customer.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
