As a result of continuous growth and development, we have a unique opportunity for an Assistant Manager, CRM Marketing to join our team of marketing professionals!!The successful applicant will be responsible for customer database development, CRM marketing, campaign delivery and innovation & technology projects for Atlantis, The Palm Hotel.
The following duties will also be undertaken in the role;
- Responsible for the management of all contacts from various database sources across the business including Opera, Spa Win, Respak, Galaxy, Delphi, Kids Club.
- Support IT in developing the single view of the guest database structure to be used by the Marketing team.
- Drive database growth by initiating contact growth projects.
- Understand customer behavior across the entire resort.
- Development of a data standardization and data quality strategy for all data sources.
- Plan and execute data growth competitions into relevant source markets.
- Manage the delivery of assigned projects though the project development lifecycle from project initiative to implementation.
- Support the management of the CRM Marketing budget including forecasting, tracking expenses, re-forecasting, quotation and invoice management.
- Develop and manage all seasonal email marketing efforts, forecasting resource requirements.
- Managing relationships, calendars, content plans and communicating timelines.
- Manage sound analytic approaches to general marketing and marketing projects.
- Continuously being aware of and testing new technology, methodology and programs to advance learning and results.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, scheduling appropriate meetings and routing deliverables for approval by stakeholders.
The successful candidate must also possess the following to be considered;
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in business analysis, database marketing analysis, direct marketing or CRM, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- 2+ years’ experience in response modeling and customer segmentation.
- E-commerce experience with demonstrated knowledge of online marketing tactics, contact strategy development, campaign optimization and circulation planning.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Extensive experience in analytical segmentation, response analysis, ROI analysis, modeling, and measurement methodology.
