Senior Quality Systems Auditor

Participating in Preparing the annual Quality Audit plan for departments, PMO, and Admin Orders and maintain its implementation within the agreed time plan.
implement and follow up the entire RTA quality audit function and program as well as the necessary responsibility to ensure that the finding and requirements of the quality audits are effectively implemented and maintained at all stages of operations of the organization.
Participating in Developing and control RTA internal and external audit plan, manual, flow charts, procedures, work structures, forms, KPI and maintain necessary records of the audit management.
Organize quality audit Meetings for facilitating the Management Review and maintaining the records for the same.
Ensure Coordination with certification Bodies and Consultants on matters relating to quality audit.
Ensure appropriate contact with audit consultant, other government departments and RTA management to follow-up on audit schedules, meeting, etc.
Participate in the planning, development and coordination of educational programs as appropriate to qualify and train RTA internal quality auditors.
Provide feedback about the performance of the quality audit progress and highlighting any need so that the same can be reviewed for possible improvement of the system.
Updating the master log for non-conformities and monitor all the corrective and preventive actions along with the possible control of non-conformance for the overall service being provided by RTA for their timely completion and effectiveness based on the decisions taken during audit management reviews.
Participate actively, and provide recommendation and assistance to assigned cross-functional improvement, participate in some functional quality improvement teams as and when required.
Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.

Skills

Bachelor in Business Administration or management or industrial engineering from a recognized University. (MBA is preferred)
5 years of relevant working experience.
Certified Auditor form a recognized accreditation body is a plus.
Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
