JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Policies and Procedures
Follow all relevant policies,processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Day-to-Day Operations

Implement the day-to-day standard operations assigned to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.Refer to supervisor for complex tasks which may require exceptions to procedures

People Development

Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies,processes and procedures
Safety,Quality&Environment
Comply with all relevant safety,security,quality,health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Provide end to end administration process with a focus on timely completion and effective communication to all relevant parties.
  • Perform and overview daily administrative activities and communications to ensure the smooth execution of department operations.
  • Highlight and suggest possible improvements to policies and procedures to ensure continuous alignment to best practice.
  • Collect,review and deliver a wide range of documents to ensure clerk activities are run efficiently and smoothly.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of office systems to ensure update of information according to data quality standards.
  • Collect,consolidate and analyse a wide range of information as required to ensure the timely and complete execution of preparatory tasks
  • Draft reports and presentations to provide high quality support to business teams according to internal standards and business requirements.
  • Overview reporting on daily department activities to provide timely and accurate communication

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Bachelor Degree or a diploma (3 years)

Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role within a relevant department.
