EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Diploma (2 years or more).
Minimum of 4 years of work experience within relevant field.Knowledge of crew scheduling and licensing administration in the airline industry, and preferably AIMS.Knowledge of CAR-OPS, CAR-FCL, CAR-ORA, CAP371, JAR-OPS or FTL schemes.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, develop and maintain a detailed short, medium and long term manpower plan in alignment with flight scheduling and operations? needs , to ensure optimization of manpower capabilities and compliance with requirements.
- Perform simulations and ?what if? scenario analysis to optimize manpower cost while ensuring the best allocation of available resources
- Identify and analyse manpower data, trends and business drivers (e.g. seasonal schedules, financial requirements, etc) to identify medium and long term resourcing plans
- Periodically review and update medium / long term planning to ensure staff compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Collaborate with Finance department in defining and validating manpower budget to ensure compliance with finance guidelines and company?s targets
- Track and define KPIs to create report to management on manpower resourcing and budgeting
- Plan and publish manpower rosters to provide timely communication to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Performance Managers by timely communicating disciplinary / training / medical issues to ensure timely adoption of corrective and disciplinary actions
- Highlight to management risks and potential issues to ensure timely adoption of corrective actions and minimize impacts on flight operations
