Officer
•Responsible to provide the required offices equipment and maintenance of office supplies and assist with documentation and corresponded with other departments concerning the administration issues.
•Assist the director in all his administration functions and to carry out administrative duties as assigned in line with RTA standards and procedures.
•Report and advice the director of any changes to personnel issues, take transcriptions and attend internal team meetings as necessary.
•Responsible for the preparation of the necessary experience certificates and other documents as deemed necessary by the Director, managers and staff.
•Ensure all the announcements, circulars are distributed on time to all locations and staff.
•Optimal use of Tarasul and follow up its applications by the department employees and update it regularly.
•Responsible for timely ordering and printing all office pre-printed stationery items, mailing envelopes, business cards, …
•Coordinate any office equipment’s or other maintenance works with the respective maintenance vendors.
•Responsible for the implementation of the annual leave and sick leave policy and coordinate with the HR & D department for the necessary action.
•Prepare and ensure that all formalities are completed upon termination and resignation of an employee.
•Maintain the Department employees' personnel files, in co-ordination with the HR&D Department.
•Create and maintain the tracking database for all office files, receipts, invoices, and payment received.
•Ensure the efficient day-to-day running administration requirements and follow up the implementation of Director’s directives efficiently and effectively and ensure their accomplishment on time
•Organize, infinite and follow up the employees training plan.
•Follow up Department Process KPI’s, Strategic KPI’s, and Department Operational Plan.
•Perform other responsibilities related to the position as appropriate.
