Responsible for writing and publishing Web content; maintaining and updating Web pages/blogs; monitoring and responding to user-contributed website content; and participating in social media efforts for the company.
• Writing for company web pages and blogs
• Social media content writing
• Content moderation and editing - as it is contributed to the website by external sources
• Monitoring and answering on social media outlets
• Coordinate content creation & publishing of company newsletters (internal or external)
• Preparing internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, quarterly corporate reports, presentations, technical documentation, sales support, etc as needed.
Candidate requirements
• Experience– 0-4 years in web content writing or journalism
• Education – Preferably with a degree in English or Business or Engineering
• Excellent writer - strong command of English language, while understanding advertising and marketing influence. Above average writing and grammar skills needed
• Strong editorial eye and attention to detail is a must
• Knowledge of photo-shop or similar photo-editing software is preferred
• Highly organized and self-motivated to establish and achieve goals
