Requirements
The Profile
Produce, analyze and correlate sales, route productivity, stock availability, outlet productivity and market share reports by market by brand & by category, by region, to ensure all are fully aware of market trends, development and competitive activities.
Establish control mechanism for monitoring Distribution, OOS, Merchandizing quality etc. including compiling data, preparing and sharing results and recommending corrective action to continuously evaluate the and ensure the competitive advantage of Axiom is sustained. Forecast & review forecast by week by brand
Instigate and systematize an effective monthly business evaluation process and recommending appropriate actions to management To maximize the sales and margin for the channel
Monitor and reconcile budgets and key finance parameters with Finance HO to keep track all the transactions.
Optimize market’s communication processes with Dubai office to develop business. Convert new sales enquiries from corporate and IR customers in to sales by providing product info, price and other axiom advantages for existing customers, use daily market intelligence( price, demand, availability) to increase the sell thru and thus optimize the daily sales & margin achievements to our sales man
Communicate and coordinate with regional sales teams to deliver activities on time and according to critical path. For proper deployment of activities and ensuring optimize utilization of activity support from principle for improving the profit of the channel

The Essentials:
- 5-8 years’ experience.
- Exposure to UAE & KSA Market.
- Willingness to travel
- In-depth understanding of ERP systems, COGNOS, Oracle etc…
- May be from FMCG, Telecom industry
- Experience into sales forecasting, inventory management, stock management, number crunching, financial analytic etc…
- Blend of Sales & business development, stock management, inventory management & financial/business analysis
