Cheil Australia is hiring Digital Project Manager

Due to ongoing growth in our business and exciting new briefs, we are now seeking a highly motivated individual with solid agency experience to join our team for an initial 12-month contract, working on one of the World’s largest, most loved brands by millennials.


We are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the day to day management in the execution of digital projects across site launces, online, web and mobile applications, and advertising campaigns. In depth knowledge of the technology landscape and digital media tools is essential.


Reporting to the Head of Digital Operations, the successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the digital landscape, working across digital projects from conception to delivery throughout the design lifecycle. You will work closely in collaboration with our teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.  


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.
  • Provide end to end project management across all digital projects - web, eDM, social, AR, digital display
  • Scope project requirements in line with brief, developing functional specs for development of digital solutions
  • Provide cost estimates, assist in preparation of budgets to ensure all content meets requirements
  • Ensure regular updates are delivered to team and client in delivery of digital executions.
  • Where required create concepts and designs for new digital projects
  • Coordinate with team to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and design standards are being upheld
  • Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Ensure all content is on brand and meets client’s requirements.
  • Assist in developing detailed project plans with the team to monitor progress to ensure smooth delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects where required
  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects


Qualifications and Experience


  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary degree highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Experience in working in a faced paced agency is required
  • Ability to manage project resources and key stakeholders
  • Manage deadlines and time estimates
