- Act as a relationship manager with clients across globe.
- Coordinate with international partners/agents/clients.
- Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
- Senior presence and ability to operate at different levels (e.g., research/analysis, thought-partnerships, presentations, interactions with O&T partners and 3rd parties).
- Work closely with the team of collectors to ensure success on cases assigned.
- Develop and maintain an appropriate control system for all Cross-border operations
- Achieving the KPI’s and Targets
- Preparing proposals for debt collection/reviewing documents
- Preparing MIS Reports to clients/Management
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Updating and monitoring the CRM
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
