Al Wadi Holding is hiring Business Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business support for the Executive Committee.
  • Taking ownership of research to ensure it is of the highest possible quality.
  • Support business planning functions for new and existing / potential partnerships and alliances.
  • Implement business plans, processes and procedures assist to achieve the organization goals.
  • Manage projects documentation, including MoU’s, meetings records, project files, Presentations etc.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations
  • Complete mapping exercise by gathering relevant information regarding the appropriate industries and target projects.
  • Anticipate what needs to drive the search to closure and be prepared to supply additional information, such as related industry trends, market findings, reaction to the opportunity…etc., gained during the course of a search
  • Prepare reports for the management upon completion the search assignments.
  • Performing Adhoc Tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management / Marketing / business administration
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced company.
  • Excellent online researcher and information gathering skills
  • Excellent speaking/ writing Arabic and English language is a must
  • Superior communication skills complemented by high standards of work and presentation.
  • You will be able to build excellent working relationships with stakeholders.
  • You must be self-motivated, possess good planning skills and demonstrate high attention to detail.
  • A proven history of innovative thinking and strong business relationships
  • A flexible, well organized team player with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
