Job opening for Wholesale & Franchise Manager with Bulgari

Job description

Mission

Responsible to setup, coordinate and develop JWA Wholesale & Franchisee business, defining the right strategies in terms of Network & commercial objectives. Responsible to achieve the established sales targets and of the overall business profitability.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the development of Bulgari wholesale and franchisee business continuously scouting the market, in cooperation with local Country Managing Directors, in search of new opportunities in terms of locations, relations (business partners, VIPs etc.) and sales opportunities, as well as supporting local teams in performing competitors’ benchmarking within the area of responsibility.
  • Define and propose the commercial strategy guidelines within the assigned channels in terms of network composition, client’s management - openings, incentives, marketing plans, service, and order management as well as medium-to-long term business development, ensuring constant follow up until local implementation.
  • Develop sales & profitability ensuring the definition of proper sales plans and their consolidation into yearly budgets.
  • Manage yearly budget and 3- year-plan development, based on worldwide Sales Guidelines (sales, A&P and Capex).
  • Create and maintain close relationships with Key Accounts ensuring high service standard.
  • Provide commercial direction to local events for the regions. Brief the central trade marketing team in order to build a comprehensive and effective trade marketing plan to sustain product launches, events, BTL material etc. in order to reach sales targets in all regions.
  • Represent the business voice in the preparation of wholesales related fairs and events (Basel/Cannes).
  • Stimulate and provide feedback to the central and local After Sale Service teams to ensure excellent service to customers and lead-time reduction.
  • Work with the central Interior Design and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure that commercial requirements are taken into account and Interior Design and Visual merchandising solutions are adequately adapted to the channel needs.
  • Collect and manage both prospect and customer data into the proper software system and ensure the data correctness and completeness.
  • Contribute to forecasting, order management, processes and operations, in cooperation with other functions (Business Units, Supply Chain, and Administration).
  • Perform visits and presentation/training in the area/market of reference. 

Reporting Lines: Direct Reporting to Country Managing Director.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of wholesale processes, contractual and legal issues, Knowledge of relevant market (competitors, luxury business etc.). Good understanding of Supply Value Chain and distribution process

Soft Skills: Integrity & Trust, Business Awareness, Negotiation, Data & system management.
