Job description
The Senior Data Analyst will maintain the integrity of all the Master Data relating to Plant Maintenance within the SAP ERP system. This involves data pertaining mainly to the Asset and Projects Departments.
Updates and creation of all data must be executed methodically and with extreme attention to detail, in accordance with MOQ procedures and guidelines, legislative requirements, technical standards and industry best practice.
This role is pivotal in ensuring an excellent service level to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to defining, compiling, prioritizing and executing Asset Activity Plans.
• Set relevant performance targets / Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the Integrity, Reliability & Maintenance Section.
• Work with MX team to identify and incorporate MX / Functional Maintenance data, changes to strategies, data build, system structure etc. into the SAP Master Database.
• Manage incoming work as per received Notifications.
• Execute Data Changes / Creations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Propose enhanced use of SAP relevant to the IRM Department. Bring forward suggestions for improvements in time and cost within the areas of responsibility.
Who we are looking for
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or similar qualifying experience.
• SAP Certification a distinctive advantage.
• Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry and the organization & processes within a typical Company in this category.
• Experience in developing training material and delivering comprehensive training is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Routine Preventive Maintenance in Oil and Gas or similar industry essential.
•Knowledge of Technical Objects within Oil and Gas or similar industry essential.
• Strong communication, organisational and prioritisation skills essential.
• Training skills desirable.
• Capable of working in a multicultural environment.
• Pro-active attitude.
• Excellent English (verbal and written) essential.
• Good analytical, coordinating, cooperating and planning skills.
• Excellent MS Office Skills/ Process systems / IT software.
