Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to develop a customer database ecosystem, from the input till the output that grows a competitive advantage for the company. This role will be responsible for transforming data into insights, organizing, prioritizing and delivering business analysis, algorithms and models, according to best-in-class data processes. This role will head all advanced analytics, behavioral/prediction models and segmentation exercises/lists to support the three pillars of Customers Marketing: Experience, Revenue and Retention. It will be accountable for the Customer Database Management development, delivery and maintenance, as well as coordination with all relevant partners in the business, like IT, BI and Sales.

Experience required:
- +10 years of relevant experience
- Customer Database Management: the integration of data, from scoping and mining to insights
- Machine learning: using computers to improve, as well as develop, algorithms
- Conceptual modelling: to be able to share and articulate modelling
- Statistical analysis: to understand and work around possible limitations in models
- Predictive modelling: predict future outcomes and behavior
- Hypothesis testing: being able to develop hypothesis and test them with careful experiments
Education requirement:
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Team leader and inspirational
- Organization ability to lead multiple activities and tasks
- Problem-solving approach to complex issues with a structured thinking approach
- Clear big picture view and business strategy understanding
- Ability to query, develop and program databases and perform statistical analysis
- Articulate clearly the implications of analytics and insights
- Create examples, prototypes, demonstrations
