Job opening for Senior Account Executive with Nokia

Job description

Work as part of the CO Middle East and Africa Strategy team, driving initiatives around business intelligence, planning and strategy implementation in the Market.

Main Responsibility Area

Responsible for regularly executing the MEA market intelligence, market updates and MEA long term forecast. Supporting major stakeholders in defining and implementing the MEA Strategy.

Position Description

• Conduct business intelligence exercises that involve market assessments, competitive intelligence & customer intelligence
• Work with global teams to understand global strategic initiatives and then manage their implementation at market level
• Work with the MEA leadership team to build, communicate and implement the overall strategy for the market
• Frontend multiple planning exercises, including quarterly market updates, long range forecasting, annual planning and target setting with market unit Strategy and Sales Operations
• Drive creation of information documents for key events like Sales Conference, Leadership Meetings, EB Operations Review
• Work on ad-hoc quick turnaround requests from global and MEA LT – these involve creation of business models, quick research requirements, providing strategic support to CTs, ALU integration, etc.

Position Requirements

• Background as business analyst, business intelligence, strategy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of the Telecom business environment in MEA and globally
• Ability to convert data into insights that create a coherent story
• Good understanding of internal and external information sources
• Excellent Excel and Power point skills – excellent understanding of information representation in a concise and logical way
• Positive mindset, effective in working across the boundaries, capable to deliver on tight timelines, work accurately under pressure and have the flexibility to switch quickly amongst different topics
