Job Title: Sales Manager, Clinical Diagnostics

Responsibilities:

  • In conjunction with developing markets CDD management team, input and develop country specific distribution channel strategies and vision for business growth in the Saudi Arabia.
  • Management of local distribution channels business inc;
  • Regular liaison with key stakeholders in partner business
  • Ensuring distribution channel is supported where necessary with regular updates on new products, CDD key contacts and product or supply related issues.
  • Lead contract negotiations, demonstrations, customer trainings
  • Provide BU feedback on local market trends, legislation, regulatory changes, etc
  • Direct involvement with key customer relationships with minimum of 80% of time in the field.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOL’s in territories
  • Drive profits through increased revenue, market share and gross margin contributions
  • Major emphasis on Drug Testing market in KSA

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or Science degree is a minimum requirement.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial sales and marketing experience in export and distributor management; direct industry experience with a top five IVD company/Thermo Fisher distributor preferred.
  • Previous experience selling clinical diagnostics technologies is required.
  • Previous experience selling into the Drug Testing Market is preferred.
  • Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and team-building
  • Self-motivated with a bias for action
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proven track record driving a continuous improvement culture
  • Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional and personal relationships with key business partners and customers positively impacting business growth
  • Fluency in oral and written Arabic and English. Other language skills a plus.
  • No outstanding issues in KSA with regards to Iqama, residence visa, family or past employment, contravening local Labour laws
