Job purpose and key deliverables

PURPOSE STATEMENT

Custodian of various research processes – SYNCHRO, IRIS, Nielsen Answers, C-PSI – ensuring full compliance
Co-ordinating and managing Cora and Legal approvals of all research documents
Generating monthly reports from Retail Audit for various stakeholders – across MEA markets

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Operational/Technical/Professional Accountabilities
  • End-to-end responsibility of research processes – SYNCHRO, IRIS, C-PSi
  • Managing the SYNCHRO platform and drive compliance within Area by regularly updating research projects. Manage internal & agency users for SYNCHRO usage and updates
  • Maintain the updation process for C-PSi by providing product specifications and project details to the Kantar Central Hub – across all MEA markets
  • Manage processes for GCC Retail Audit and generate monthly reports for various stakeholders (GCC and Iran)
  • Following up on delivery and downloading of databases and reports with Nielsen, running first check on data consistency, ad hoc requests for data management, running Nitro reports/ Answers
  • Updating details of new SKUs for all GCC markets, briefing Nielsen on market changes for appropriate data capture
  • Generate monthly reports for Retail Audit in GCC and Iran for various stakeholders
  • Addressing ad hoc Retail Audit data requests
  • Support the full SP&I team on Retail Audit requirements
  • Ensuring Cora and Legal approvals of all research documents – co-ordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders – to ensure full compliance
  • Managing LN databases for all research projects
  • Ensure good understanding of the business (market conditions, macroeconomics, etc…) & consumer understanding/dynamics through working closely with full SP&I team
  • End-to-end management of selected research projects in MEA and ad-hoc analysis/insight requests as a development objective
  • Leadership/Management Accountabilities
  • Communicate the Retail Audit reports to various stakeholders and manage specific ad-hoc requests
  • Manage and co-ordinate with Global and Regional teams on requirements on SYNCHRO and Retail Audit
  • Manage external agencies to ensure full compliance on Cora/Legal, SYNCHRO
  • Manage internal stakeholder expectations while executing and delivering ad-hoc projects and analyses
