As a result of the ambitious growth plans, an exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen in our office in Dubai, UAE for a Marketing Executive.
Responsibility
This role will report into the Regional Marketing & Communications Manager, Middle East and will be responsible for the creative designing and planning for trade shows, events and conferences in the region. This includes designing of internal and external corporate marketing collateral and supporting the needs of all departments and businesses.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
· Generate creative marketing collateral for the region across Business Units, in compliance with the Brand Guidelines
· Assist in project management for new products and launches (for example write launch plans, plan designs/product presentation, recommend distribution models)
· Meeting tight deadlines in providing assistance to Businesses/Functions with urgent requests
· Ensure all collaterals and stationaries are On-Brand
· Seeking to obtain content on a regular basis from the stakeholders for communication purpose
· Assist in the development and management of communications campaigns and promotions for our brands in the region
· Assist in the development and execution of annual marketing plans
· Initiating marketing needs and seeking Brand Centre approvals
· Maintaining company website and intranet
· Manage the social media for the corporate brand
· Streamline the business needs in an organized manner and work in a customer focused manner
Job requirements / Candidate profile
The successful candidate has two to four years’ experience in a similar role, and has a Bachelor degree in Graphic Designing. Prior experience in the field of Marketing is preferred. You have demonstrated project management skills and can build strong relationships. You have the ability to get things done through formal and informal channels in the organisation. You are proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, SharePoint and other software deemed necessary as new media progresses. You have excellent communication skills. Arabic would be a distinct advantage.
