Job Opening for F&B Marketing & Communications Manager with PLUM JOBS

Job description

  • 7 – 10 years’ proven experience of developing, implementing, executing and measuring B2C marketing, PR and brand awareness campaigns in Arabic cuisine casual F&B dining hospitality and leisure industry within the Middle East region.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential – must be able to read, write and speak fluent Arabic.
  • Currently living in the UAE and must be able to live and work in Abu Dhabi.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Media Studies
  • Google certification for AdWords and Analytics would be an advantage 

Client Profile

Our client is an Arabic cuisine casual dining concept hospitality brand and we are recruiting an experienced Marketing & Communications Executive to deliver innovative and creative online and offline marketing, communications and brand awareness campaigns. This role is based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage online and offline marketing strategies and campaigns and enhance the brand positioning to gain market share and incremental revenue through brand awareness and customer loyalty through digital, social media and advertising.
  • Developing brand awareness programs for traditional, digital and social media platforms and ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to focusing on brand positing.
  • Ensuring all marketing collateral including menus, posters, billboards are effectively conveying the brand message.
  • Managing the CRM system and maximizing the database for effective marketing and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Writing media content for all communications platforms.
  • Measurement and analysis of marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Budget management.
  • Liaising with media and creative agencies such as media planning and buying.
  • Planning, organizing and participating in F&B, travel, leisure and hospitality industry related trade and public events. 

Essential Skills & Experience Required

  • 7 – 10 years’ proven experience of developing, implementing, executing and measuring B2C marketing, PR and brand awareness campaigns in Arabic cuisine casual F&B dining hospitality and leisure industry within the Middle East region.
  • Experience of creating press releases and creative media content for publication and media alerts.
  • Experience of developing and executing digital and social media campaigns using SMS marketing, PPC campaigns, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Google+.
  • Experience of using email and SMS software for marketing campaigns and CMS systems.
  • Experience of HTML, WordPress or Dreamweaver and design software – Creative Suite / Adobe
  • Fluency in English is essential as the role requires creative writing.
  • Experience of measuring the effectiveness of digital and social media campaigns using analytical tools such as Google Analytics with proven analytical skills working with web analytics tools with proficient use of SEO, SEM and paid searches. 

Candidate Profile

Fluency in English and Arabic is essential – must be able to read, write and speak fluent Arabic.
Currently living in the UAE and willing to live and work in Abu Dhabi.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Media Studies
Google certification for AdWords and Analytics would be an advantage
