- Partner with the HR Director to assist in the creation and management of human resources programs, policies and procedures pertaining to people management, goal setting (Objectives and Key Results OKRs), performance management, salary review process, training assessments, employee engagement and communications
- Manage the organizational structure, design, and effectiveness to ensure alignment with business needs and achievement of objectives
- Participate in the design and execution of talent management and development, performance management and compensation strategies
- Create and manage training and development programs, and work to develop companywide learning platform
- Support the successful achievement of action points in response to Employee Engagement data
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure that the employee on-boarding experience is delivered in a seamless and meaningful manner
- Provide support and coaching to managers and employees in relation to Human Resources programs as mentioned above
- Stay in touch with industry leading best practices in order to bring new ideas and innovation to all facets of people and culture
To be successful in this role, you will require to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, industrial relations or business administration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience as an HR Business partner or similar role.
- HR Certification preferred- CIPD or equivalent.
- Business partnering and solutioning: assess, advise, recommend.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal clients, and other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in an environment on the move with shifting priorities.
- Highly analytical thinking with the ability to creatively solve problems.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
