About this Role
If you’re looking for exposure to the field of Human Resources, we have a great opportunity for you! As an HR intern, you’ll have the opportunity to take on a wide variety of responsibilities in support of our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide office support to our HR team
- Support the CHRO with the development of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy for the business
- Conduct research and prepare the proposal for the launch of the CSR initiatives to key stakeholders, i.e. team memebers, customers
- Support training sessions by preparing materials
- As needed, provide backup coverage for HR Coordinators

Requirements to Apply
- Graduate Degree / background within the Human Resources field
- Strong customer service orientation, and excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organization / prioritization skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
