- Active support in entire Sales and Delivery Engagement
- Ensuring realization of margin targets
- Structure, development and effective management of a strong SAP Education sales team in MENA
- Develop a strong Education Sales Team
- Develop and manage SAP Education growth
- Forecast management
- Financial Management Reporting based on Utilization, Forecast, and Budgeting
- Forecast Management
- Establish powerful relationships
- Be a strong contributor to the Virtual Account Team
- Strategic Selling
- Identifying additional revenue streams leading to incremental revenue
- Implement business strategies to ensure customer success driving revenue targets for both education software and services.
- Participate in a team-selling environment working with multiple internal stakeholders, including Account Executives, Services Account Managers, Global Account Directors, Client Managers, Country Managers, Sales Managers and Services Sales Manager
WORK EXPERIENCE:
5-10 years sales experience
People management experience preferred
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- University degree / MBA an advantage
- Strong Knowledge of SAP business
- Customer focus
- Solid Sales experience
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Arabic language skills an advantage
- Strong Team player
- Management experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
