This role will assist in deploying the brand strategy to generate traffic in store, increase average baskets and customer frequency. S/he will be responsible for setting up the store animation action plan and building customer knowledge in order to improve store profitability.

This role will assist in deploying the brand strategy to generate traffic in store, increase average baskets and customer frequency. S/he will be responsible for setting up the store animation action plan and building customer knowledge in order to improve store profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drives traffic to store & improves store profitability by creating operational in-store action plans and promotions to increase customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, cross sell & up sell sales and services
- Implements marketing strategies & action plang givrn to improve brand’s performance
- Consumer knowledge, segmentation and lifecycle by city/store
- Supervises the execution of the marketing action plan of the local markets & analyzes results (Store events, direct marketing, promotions)
- Optimizes service & in-store experience
- Defines action plan per store based on Mystery shopping and monitors it
- Monitors Store KPI’s
- Additional tasks might be required, in reasonable alignment with the job role
- Coordinate ad-hoc sales reports, competitions analysis and reports
- Manage all the brands and store marketing and communication materials and ensure they are up to date.
- Measure new launches performance
- Cordiant with the marketing team on growing the social media and digital marketing platform and ensure all require material / Images are available and up to date.
- Support in the development of the local marketing plan across PR ATL, BTL, CRM and digital.
