Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Provide advice and suggestions for improving the agency and its clients’ Klout and following
- Execute, drive and strategize a weekly social media schedule for the various account handled
- Execute daily tasks on social media across the identified platforms; including publishing content, performing enhancements and modifications, coordinating prompt responses to questions and comments over social media platforms
- Handle social media presence, produce and publish content for clients on websites and assist in executing online campaigns
- Cover live activations on the social media
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/ metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with clients’ marketing department and other internal departments (business development, creative, research…) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordination actions.
- Run social media campaigns
- Run social media contests and gamification
- Assist in other general marketing activities
- Design of marketing elements and posts for social media
Educational Qualifications
