AW Rostamani Holdings is looking to appoint Senior Marketing and Communication Executive, as part of the Marketing and Communication team, the person will be responsible for strengthening the brands image and communication and oversee the application of the brand in the market. This role will also be responsible for the delivery of marketing campaigns along with PR and events with the overall goal of promoting the brand and growing the overall AW Rostamani corporate image in the market.
The Senior Marketing and Communication Executive will be accountable for the strategic and operational marketing activities for the corporate business, actively promoting AW Rostamani brand and other assigned brands. The role will support the business unit team members to tactically develop and implement central marketing activities for AW Rostamani brand and will support the overall objectives for AW Rostamani corporate. The MARCOM executive will report to the Group Head of Marketing and Communication.

- Manage Branding/Corporate Identity ensuring that all corporate communications material and activities are in line with Group policies.
- Media Relations Establish or improve of contact to key media/journalists and regular media monitoring.
- Manage and direct the PR agency and external supplier
- Adapt corporate press releases for local communication purposes / own local press activities.
- Execute Internal Communication: Proactively providing news worthy topics from regional or global internal media, produce and manage internal monthly e-newsletter and corporate quarterly magazine.
- Keep Intranet up to date and local internet content and re launch if necessary
- Manage Copperplate event /CSR/Sponsoring policy and manage the budget.
- Corporate Advertising: Support business units with effective advertising; support roll-out and further development of corporate campaigns.
- Enforce and monitor the Internal Communication policy, organize events and ensure effective execution.
- Prepare internal information according to communications concept
- Identify and conduct change management measures when necessary
- Preparation and supervision of company Intranet pages
- Manage the marketing and communication department admin requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Mass Media or journalism preferential.
- Excellent command over Arabic and English Language, both written and spoken
- Highly motivated and positive individual that is a team player, completer-finisher, tenacious, extremely well organized and able to work well within a diverse multicultural team
- Able to work to a deadline and remain focused under pressure as well as willing to work longer hours from time to time to meet deadlines.
- 3-7 years Marketing/Communications experience.
- Ability to set strategic direction, develop supporting programs and promotions.
- Capable of leading marketing peers, dealership and agencies to implement program/promotions.
- Must have demonstrated experience in providing marketing communication leadership and consensus building among diverse functions and cultures.
- Experience in planning, budget setting and management of agencies is required.
- Experience in conceptual work
- Understand crisis communication management
- Professional ability to steer PR agency
- Comprehensive knowledge of the market culture
- Strong creative and conceptual skills.
- Considerable experience of the production of marketing materials.
