JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Translate brand strategies and oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
- Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Desired Skills and Experience
- Technical skills
- University Degree in Business Management/Sales & Marketing (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in brand advertising/marketing
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Language: English. Arabic is an advantage
Soft skills
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Highly creative and ability to think out of the box with experience in identifying target audiences and devising advertising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
- Advanced communication and and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines
- Professional demeanor and behavior combined with a proactive and driven approach
