This role offers a unique opportunity to experience first-hand what it is like to be part of a team that runs a regional real estate portfolio for an International Corporate.
The opportunity is for a fresh graduate or junior agent to join JLL’s Agency team, but to work within a client’s office in Dubai, working alongside the manager for the regional real estate portfolio. The opportunity is for min. 12 months.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
As a JLL employee, to be based in a client’s office , providing daily support in running the company’s regional commercial real estate portfolio (offices, warehouses, etc in the Middle East and North Africa.)
Working directly with a multinational’s head of Real Estate for the region.
Undertaking daily tasks required for portfolio management, including managing spreadsheets, financial analysis, preparing presentations, managing schedules etc.
Skills & Competencies:
A fresh graduate or junior agent
Commercial Real Estate background, experience or education is necessary
An enthusiastic individual, willing to learn more about commercial real estate
Keen and flexible attitude
Energetic and self-motivator
Able to independently drive processes and meet deadlines
Team player within an international environment
Eye for detail
Essential Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
English languages spoken and written. Arabic language is a bonus.
Representative and able to communicate / meet with international clients
Experience:
Fresh graduate
Some experience in the UAE Real Estate market is required
Wider regional Real Estate experience is preferred but not required
Graduate in any discipline related to commercial Real Estate
