• Prepare and develop studies and researches in order to improve Limousine and Taxi sectors.
• Reporting to management on projects implementation progress, difficulties encountered and feasible recommendations to address problems.
• Gather all necessary information and validate them for accuracy for senior management formulation of assignments, directives, strategies and policies.
• Prepare benchmark studies and access best practices in the transport sector on international level.
• Manage the projects of Policies of Passengers Transit Activities section.
• Responsible of preparing the applications and files for the Business and Planning Department projects and initiatives to participate in all Excellence Awards at the regional and international and identify areas for improvement for future.
• Collect information as necessary to support interim decision making by senior management during implementation stage.
• Contribute in auditing the implementation of programs, procedures and methodologies and report the deviation and variation to the Management
• prepare and develop work manuals, methodologies and policies followed
• Perform other responsibilities related to the position as appropriate.

Education
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, Masters preferred.
