Opening for Chief Analyst with Roads and Transport Authority (RTA)

Chief Analyst

Monitor the needs, expectations and satisfaction levels of internal and external partners through surveys.
Advice in the various external stakeholders surveys in coordination with the departments concerned.
Analyse the effectiveness of existing partnerships between RTA and it's existing partners through identifying gaps in relationships analysis.
Monitor corrective action plans for stakeholders and partner's satisfaction surveys which is prepared by internal RTA agencies and sectors.
Review partnerships agreements and methodologies and update it to ensure its validity and effectiveness with update the targeted goals.
Review frameworks for improving partnerships and explore opportunities for possible strategic partnerships.
Ensure the implementation of communication plan with partners and making sure to meet the KPI's for each partner.
Study the authority coordinators with partners and ensure its compatibility with the MOU's targets.
Update the database of Strategic Partners, Partners, Coordinators and MOU's.
Translate the corporate strategic goals into integrated annual work strategies and plans that drive performance.
Follow up on corrective actions taken, by the concerned departments, resulting from the implementation of stakeholder related methodologies, and review periodic reports related thereto.
Perform other responsibilitiess associated with the position as appropriate.

Skills

Bachelor in Business Administration from a recognized University.
6 years of relevant experience in stakeholder field.
Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications
Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent Business writing skills.
Problem identification and problem resolution skills.
Quantitative and statistical skills to review analyse and present data in a format usable by non-quantitative executives and decision makers.
