Opening for Associate Manager – Digital Marketing with Majid Al Futtaim Properties

Job description

Manage, monitor and improve portfolio of social networks, paid/earned media to achieve set KPI’s and maximize the efficiency of the marketing spend.

Detailed responsibilities will include:

1. Manage digital media and social media at a central level and ensure execution of the strategy across shopping malls business unit and relevant partners/agencies

2. Oversee, critically assess digital media planning and implementation across markets for all assets, track responses, refine campaigns to ensure KPI success

3. Provide critical performance results and recommendations to internal and partner teams.

4. Work with the analytics resource to continuously analyze website, digital asset usage and traffic trends to drive media planning and future site / landing page iterations

5. Manage SEM / paid media programs, social media campaigns, audience on demand initiatives

6. Execute SEO tactics to ensure first-page rankings for selected keywords, incorporate SEO best practices into the website architecture and content

7. Play an active role in supporting the senior manager digital and innovation in developing a robust strategy for social networks not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You tube

8. Develop, support the roll out, and monitor the execution of social media roadmaps, tactics, best practice, tool kits, guidelines and guide mall marketing teams and relevant agencies in the implementation

9. Manage social media monitoring and listening

10. Work with cross functional teams to identify social media integration opportunities throughout the consumer experience (e.g: digital, mobile, on property)

11. Support in the development and execution of digital strategy across MAF Shopping Malls Business Unit in support of key business goals

12. Stay informed of best practices and new technologies, platforms in Social media, mobile / online marketing and advertising and become a thought leader on the subject

13. Negotiate with digital media agency to ensure optimal digital and interactive media buys with a focus on performance goals and metrics

14. Manage day-to-day relationship with external agencies/vendors, as well as build strong relationships with internal and partner stakeholders to execute, manage projects end to end

15. Support in the implementation and adoption of innovation projects at the central level
