Role Title – Junior Recruiter

We are looking for a sharp and resourceful Junior Recruiter to support the People & Culture team to enhance the overall recruitment processes at Bayzat. If you would like to work on world-class recruiting strategies with innovation, creativity and agility, Bayzat is the place to be!

As a junior recruiter you will play a key role in bringing A-Players to Bayzat and make an impactful contribution to the growth of the company

Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of recruiting strategies to fill open positions and help build an ongoing, healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Screen new applications and conduct preliminary phone interviews to find suitable candidates based on role requirement
  • Coordinate and schedule various interview stages as per Hiring Team and candidate availability
  • Use various platforms to effectively source / headhunt suitable candidates for open positions
  • Conduct timely and detailed reference checks calls for all selected candidates
  • Use and maintain the Applicant Tracking System efficiently, by moving candidates through workflow stages regularly
  • Ensure weekly candidate tracking and reporting
  • Support People & Culture Team on projects to improve and scale recruitment operations

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • Preferably 2 - 3 years of recruitment experience with at least 1 year in the UAE
  • Experience in delivering exceptional candidate experience
  • Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search
  • Familiar with reporting
  • Good at verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
  • Focused and result driven
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving problems
  • Passionate for continuous improvement and open to feedback
