- Translation of financial & legal documents
- Manage the diary and appointments for the Leadership member
- Assisting the Leadership member by planning fieldwork for their team
- Assist in presentations and other reports and documents as needed
- Manage travel plans, itineraries, expenses, visa applications and travel-related documents
- Assist in planning and organizing team events as well as the visits of selected guests/ clients
- Follow-up on progress of directives and projects managed
- Conduct research and prepare statistical reports
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Setting up business meetings for assigned senior members of the department
- Handling incoming post and courier deliveries
- Assistant in managing out of pocket expenses of the assigned team members
- Various office management responsibilities that include liaising with EMEA support functions; HR, Finance, IT, meet & greet/Reception duties
- Research the internet looking for possible events to be attended by the team
- Contacting targeted clients to arrange meetings with GT to increase market share (business development)
- Attending internal meetings and taking MOM and preparing agendas
- Pulling weekly & monthly reports for the Partner's and Manager's.
- Maintaining client contacts and database on a regular basis.
