Opening for Translator & Administrative Assistant (Arabic speaking) with Grant Thornton - UAE

Job description

  • Translation of financial & legal documents
  • Manage the diary and appointments for the Leadership member
  • Assisting the Leadership member by planning fieldwork for their team
  • Assist in presentations and other reports and documents as needed
  • Manage travel plans, itineraries, expenses, visa applications and travel-related documents
  • Assist in planning and organizing team events as well as the visits of selected guests/ clients
  • Follow-up on progress of directives and projects managed 
  • Conduct research and prepare statistical reports
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
  • Setting up business meetings for assigned senior members of the department
  • Handling incoming post and courier deliveries
  • Assistant in managing out of pocket expenses of the assigned team members
  • Various office management responsibilities that include liaising with EMEA support functions; HR, Finance, IT, meet & greet/Reception duties 
  • Research the internet looking for possible events to be attended by the team
  • Contacting targeted clients to arrange meetings with GT to increase market share (business development)
  • Attending internal meetings and taking MOM and preparing agendas
  • Pulling weekly & monthly reports for the Partner's and Manager's.
  • Maintaining client contacts and database on a regular basis.
