What will I do?
You will manage the HR portfolio of dnata Airport Operations team a large, fast paced and complex operational area that is at the heart of our customer operations. You will partner with the executive and senior business leaders to develop and execute organisational and people strategies that align structure, culture and talent with business priorities.
What do I need?
We are looking for someone who has an HR professional accreditation and/or post graduate qualification and we need someone with previous HR business partner experience.
Working in a global environment means that you will need strong verbal and written communication skills. We are need someone who is intuitive, collaborative and someone who understands complex businesses and can offer effective solutions.

Qualifications:
Degree or honors (or equivalent) in a relevant subject (HR, Business, Humanities)
Post Graduate qualifications preferred
Professional accreditation preferred (CIPD, AHRI or equivalent)
Experience:
10 years experience in an advisory or partnering role. Management experience (preferred).
