The Role

Our team is rapidly expanding and we have a requirement for an experienced Digital Strategist/Analyst to join Indivirtual.

The main focus of this exciting role will be to connect the business problems and challenges that our clients are facing with solutions that our talented digital production team can implement in order to enhance and optimise any given online user experience.
The role requires the ability to gain deep levels of insights through qualitative and quantitate data analysis and for the successful candidate to have a passion for problem solving utilising their wealth of digital knowledge.

You will be expected to work closely with senior team members to respond to business opportunities, and collaborate with clients and the production team to implement the agreed upon digital strategy and tactics. This will include the planning of wider strategies but also implementing and managing tactical CRO programs utilising A/B and multivariate testing.
The outputs of your work will include the creation and delivery of digital strategic plans which are holistically supported by tangible insights derived from data but also other industry wide tools. In addition, you will be expected to provide input into the ideation phase to elevate our client solutions to the next level and push the boundaries of a client’s business sector from a digital marketing perspective.

We are seeking a confident communicator who is professional and courteous, proactive and has the ability to get things done. Ultimately you must have proven track record in delivering results through optimisation methodologies such as CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and evidence based design.
 
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years digital/web experience with a core focus on analytic and online optimisation.
Proven experience and expertise in developing and implementing strategic digital plans.
Possess strong research/analytical skills with the ability to translate research into tangible insights.
Have extensive experience in using analytics tools; Google Analytics (ideally GA certified), GTM, WebTrends, Ominiture, Optimizely, Google Optimiser and other digital analysis/optimisation tools, e.g. hotjar.
Capacity to think holistically about a client's business.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations.
Attention to detail and quality.
Sensitivity to usability and design.
Mature responsible outlook, ability to work independently when required, safe pair of hands, good attention to detail, proactive and an enthusiastic team player.
The ability to work in a deadline driven, sometimes pressured environment.
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and MS Project.
Planning and implementing

What will you be doing?:

Plan and implement tactical A/B, Multivariate testing from insights you have derived to demonstrate incremental gains to clients (as part of the wider strategy and KPIs)
Support the Head of Digital Strategy to sell insights into a client’s business to help define their strategy and support internal revenue growth.
Have the ability to translate client goals and demonstrate measurable value (ROI) to the client through effective reporting and digital planning expertise.
Review client's analytics reports and derive insights into the "why" and "what'S next" and define how to meet the client's KPIs
Planning, implementing and adapting clients tagging and analytics strategies.
To be and stay current on users, interactive trends, best practices and digital experiences with an eye towards client base proactively identifying opportunities for client growth.
Define scope, recommendations on approach and execution of digital strategy and strategic planning projects for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional agency project teams to motivate, create and implement short and long-term online marketing strategies.
Serve as an internal expert for all things digital including emerging trends and practices.
From time to time participate in strategic planning for new business opportunities.
