Job description
Performance analysts provide subject matter expertise on organisational performance by
utilising technical expertise and knowledge of the business to support the Business Planning
and Performance Department and other divisions in the development and implementation of a
comprehensive performance management framework.
Build relationships with key stakeholders to collaborate on the scope, design,
development and communication of accurate business analysis and reporting to aid in
decision making requirements
Validate the data generated from performance management system to ensure data
integrity is met.
Provide updates to the Senior Analyst in relation to changes in systems and processes
within both the internal and external environments.
Facilitate the reporting of business unit performances (BSC)
Ensure maximum utilisation of the online system to support the management of
performance
Assist business units to improve performance and efficiencies
Follow established policies and procedures; determine and recommend potential
enhancements.
Create reports and document processes.
Ensures that performance discussions are documented and implemented accordingly.
Assist in communicating measurement standards and key performance
all members of the organization.

Possess an in-depth understanding of their organisation’s culture, strategic vision,
financial position, value proposition and competitive advantages.
Demonstrate clear communication abilities and strong presentation skills. Analysts
have to interpret complexities and communicate them effectively to others.
