As a Digital Analytics Manager you will help develop reporting and provide analysis and recommendations for specific teams. Responsibilities include driving clear measurements and recommendations for improving the performance of our online marketing efforts as well as new products that launch. Analysis will focus across a full spectrum of our digital channels including, but not limited to: website UX, mobile, paid media, social, e-mail/CRM, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.

This role reports into the BI + Analytics Lead but will work across a number of departments and deal with a number of stakeholders.

Tasks and responsibilities

Be responsible for team KPIs/goals and implementing plans for the optimization of them
Partner with the product managers to enhance and support project management with data and analysis.
Collaborate with product owners to deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly client reports and dashboards
Apply strategic technological and analytical methodologies and thinking to harvest insightful data that will improve the validity and effectiveness of our clients’ digital marketing campaigns from a historical, in-market and futures prospective.
Contribute to the definition of scope and phasing of project timelines
 
Competencies

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience of CRO + UX analysis
Understanding of online marketing metrics for websites, email, social media, paid media, PPC and SEO.
Extensive working experience in Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel
Excellent presentation skills & and attention to detail
Fluent in spoken and written English is a must
