Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop functional and technical specifications based on business requirements and analysis and design of technical solutions to business problems & Integrate test and implement new HRMS application modules, upgrades, and features
- Become a single point of contact for any support call or enhancement/upgrade/rollout requirement in the domain
- Facilitate knowledge sharing among the team
- Responsible for maintenance of all the documents related to functional work by self or the team
- Provide management with on-going recommendations to advancements in HR technology and applications
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in HR and or IT domain with 5 years of experience in HRMS Applications.
- High degree proficiency in HRMS module (HR, Payroll, Self Service HR, Goals & Performance Management)
- Proficient in Testing and Training
- Good knowledge of Database, Internet Technologies, IIS, Change Management and office software
