As a Tier And lifestyle Officer, you will add immediate value by driving revenue generation and engagement of Etihad Guest Tier level members (e.g, Silver, Gold, Platinum) by developing relevant activation and engagement programmes.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the creative implementation of the annual marketing plan, across all digital channels as required, ensuring promotional activity is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with external agencies, as well as build strong relationships with internal and partner stakeholders.
  • Development and ongoing optimisation of the digital and social footprint.
  • Use insights gained from web analytics, member research, key stakeholder input and industry best practice to drive ongoing optimisation website content and functionality to provide a best-in-class user experience that achieves commercial objectives.
  • Ensure the brand and any legal advice is interpreted correctly and represented consistently in all digital communications and channels
  • Focus on the ongoing optimisation of digital marketing activity by ensuring any learnings are fed into future planning. Circulate results to relevant internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Maintain a competitor report on loyalty program promotions, monitor industry trends and ensure distribution of the information to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions that ensure maximum benefits for both parties.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Policies and Procedures - Follow all relevant policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Day-to-Day Operations - Supervise standard and complex day-to-day operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedures
  • Safety, Quality & Environment - Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment    

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of a bachelor degree in Marketing or similar Business-related discipline is required.
  • At least four years of marketing experience, including data and digital.
  • Experience in the airline or loyalty industries would be an advantage.
